Boring RV is a storage and service solution for owners of RV’s and Motorhomes who are looking for premium security, premium convenience, premium service, at great prices. The 6 acres where your property is protected and serviced is a property also actively used by Shred Northwest, Inc., a prestigious multi state confidential shredding services provider with impeccable security credentials, NAID AAA Certifications and hundreds of 5 Star reviews on Google. No one enters or leaves this property without being screened, completely video recorded, their photographs captured, and more. Boring RV and Shred Northwest are commonly owned by passionate, active, and managing owners.
FREE VALET, IMPECCABLE SECURITY, FANTASTIC SERVICE CENTER:
Boring RV requires our customers to use our FREE VALET parking and FREE VALET retrieval service. Using this method of parking and retrieval does require your participation, but it has major advantages for you. Only Boring RV employees approach the secure access storage areas where we protect your property. We have far greater security and safety controls on the property by limiting access to the RV’s. We have professional parking equipment, and redundant parking controls, policies and procedures to ensure no damages to your property.
After you drop your RV off, we thoroughly inspect your RV, we photograph it, and email you a Certificate of Storage Acceptance. Additional possible billable services such as wash and detailing services, maintenance services, or other repair services, are sent over via for approval and then scheduled to be completed before your next outing.
Our customers cooperate with the Valet service by letting us know in advance, when we should bring up your RV from storage.
Weekend valet services should be ordered by noon on Friday so that we can schedule the proper weekend Valet work.
ACCESS TO OUR SECURE PROPERTY & DROP OFF LOGISTICS
Once you become a customer-tenant, you will be provided unique app-credentials for a digital identity that is used to open the outer access gate. With this app you will be able to open the gate from the convenience of inside your cab. When you use your app, photos are taken at the gate and your app identity is recorded into a permanent database record. The app does allow for you to create a one-time-use shareable code that you can provide to someone who is going to deliver or pickup your RV or Motorhome from our secure property. That code is connected to your account, and anyone who abuses this convenience will have their membership revoked. Anyone who does not follow the rules of the property, or pay their bills will immediately have their gate access revoked. Customer-tenants have access to the gate granted between 7am-7pm, 365 days a year. During seasonal “surge” periods where many clients will be dropping off and picking up their RV’s or motorhomes we will be working hard to have yours staged and ready. Don’t stress it…just give us a heads up and we will bring it out and have it ready for you.

This is it…this is where it all starts.
To claim your spot now, fill out this form completely and it will pre-fill into our standard terms & conditions agreement. Prices are $139 per month for open air storage, and $249 for premium covered stalls with power. Billing is month to month with no long term contract. Any service such as trouble shooting, battery issues, wash, detail, maintenance and repairs are billed separate.
After you complete and submit this form, you will be emailed the Agreement via “Panda Docs”. Please sign the agreement within the “Panda Docs” e-docs signing software. After signed, you will have another email that is sent to you with a secure link to pay your first bill. This is a monthly-recurring bill that will auto draft on your credit card.
Congratulations, you will be one of our beloved customers. We will be expecting your arrival when we see your signed agreement and 1st payment post. Please plan to arrive during our office hours for your initial concierge check-in where you will be provided more proprietary details and information. Don’t forget to bring a copy of your license, registration and insurance.

- Frequently Asked Questions -
No, the 1st time you come by needs to be Monday-Friday from 8 to 4:30pm.
You do not need to bring the RV at this first visit, but we need to be able to meet you in person, review your licensing, registration, insurance, assign your gate access credentials, and go over the valet procedures.
You have access to the gate and FREE VALET staging areas 7 days a week, between 7am – 7pm.
You will not have access to your RV without using our FREE VALET service. This is a very common practice for high security storage solutions, and indoor RV storage centers. You cannot be inside the property after hours…you can only be on our property between 7AM and 7PM. You cannot roam the property looking for your RV. All of these measures are our ways to keep this site as secure as possible, and to prevent accidental dings and dents.
If you are the sort of RV owner who wants to access your property often, and don’t want anyone to FREE VALET park your equipment…then this is not your solution. Once you get used to how this works…you’re going to love it.
Instant requests, or last minute requests for your RV can usually be accommodated during normal office hours of Monday through Friday. A last minute/spontaneous WEEKEND request is a charged service.
The Valet service works best, and will remain a FREE service when advanced notice is given. Your cooperation is so much appreciated.
You can drop your equipment off at anytime, without any notice. Just text the Valet line that you have dropped it off.
